Jamie, Managing Director

Managing Director

Jamie

Jamie is the Managing Director of Oxford Pet Whisperers and leads the training systems used across the business.

He is a qualified dog trainer and behaviourist, with certifications from the iPET Network, IMDT, and Karen Pryor, alongside formal qualifications in dog grooming and dog daycare.

Jamie's focus is on building practical, real-world behaviour in everyday pet dogs. The goal is not perfection, but calm, confident dogs that are easier to live with.

He designed the structure, routines, and in house training programme used across the centre, including implementing the Puppy Start Right approach. Jamie is responsible for training the team and ensuring every dog benefits from a consistent, structured environment.

His focus is on delivering a high quality, results-driven service, not just a place for dogs to spend the day.

Natalie, Director of Operations and Customer Experience

Director of Operations and Customer Experience

Natalie

Natalie is the original founder of Oxford Pet Whisperers and leads operations and customer experience across the business.

She is a qualified dog trainer and behaviourist, and a Certified Puppy Start Right trainer. She holds certifications in separation anxiety, enrichment, and loose lead walking.

Natalie has over ten years of hands on experience working with dogs every day, including running her own home-based daycare and walking dogs independently for years before the business was established. This has given her a deep, practical understanding of dog behaviour in real-world environments.

This hands on experience forms the foundation of how dogs are handled, managed, and developed within the Oxford Pet Whisperers environment today.

Natalie's experience with dogs goes far beyond theory. She has spent years working hands on, including running sessions right up to the day her daughter was born, going into labour during one of our puppy classes.

She remains closely involved in both the care of the dogs and the day to day running of the business, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.
