It's great to have a holiday with your dog, but for those times when you can't take them with you, we'd love to have them for a sleep over or holiday with us. They shouldn't have to miss out. Oxford Pet Whisperers will give them a holiday of their own. Our Pet Whisperers will help keep their usual home routine, only they get to come to our daycare everyday. This makes sure they have so much fun that time will fly by for them until you come to collect them.
During the day they get the same care and enrichment as our daycare dogs.
They get to stay in one of our dog beds, or their own if you want them to.
They get free run of the daycare areas.
Trained Pet Whisperers on hand 24hrs a day.
You can receive regular updates and peace of mind that your dogs are in safe hands.
We're not a kennels, we're technically not home boarding, so what are we?
We have licenses for Daycare and Boarding in Kennels, but that's because there is no suitable law or licence in place (at the moment) for overnight stays in purpose built dog rooms attached to a purpose built daycare.
Below we have highlighted some of the differences between the licensing conditions, for kennels, home boarding (and daycare), daycare (not in a home) and the rules that we apply to our daycare and kennel licences.
The conditions are lengthy and there are many more besides those below which are generic across each license and the purpose of the below is by no means to criticise other professionals. We also started as home boarding and there is a need for each option depending on your's and your dog's need. We just want to highlight some differences, for example many people may not know that it is only a none home based daycare where you are not allowed to leave the dogs alone for any period of time.
Businesses which provide accommodation for dogs in a home environment (both for day care and overnight accommodation
where external kennel accommodation is used, this would fall under the scope of providing boarding in kennels for dogs
